Good, jut one complaint everything went great with salesman and in the purchase. The problem was after the deal we had to go see an insurance salesperson for verification of everything went great with salesman and in the purchase. The problem was after the deal we had to go see an insurance salesperson for verification of our insurance per company policies. We told the person we were tired and did not want a quote and would not switch companies. After 40 minutes of his continuing to work up a policy and price, and after several times of us saying we just wanted the verification and offered him the required proof of insurance (which he said he already had) he finally highlighted our coverage and passed us on to the next person. This was such a blatant attempt to get us to switch insurance companies after we told them we would not do, and a waste of 40 plus minutes we will never get back. We told the FI manager we were disappointed and that we could not give the dealership a 10 rating even though the rest of the experience rated it. It is a pity the whole process is demoted by this obvious attempt to get more money from their customers More
