The service department is a nightmare. We've been trying to get our air fixed since May. They keep charging us a deductible even though they are not fixing the same problem. They have VERY poor communication, and we have found them not to be honest because we took it to another dealership that told us the problem they overlooked. Because it was still under the allotted time we had to take it back to fletcher who made up another problem so they could probably get more out of the warranty company. The service manager was rude to my husband and actually tried to insult him by saying that he should be happy he has to only pay the warranty and that he doesn't understand why his kind of business (meaning my husbands business) charges so much. How unprofessional is that!!!!! We will make the drive to West Little Rock from now on. They have their act together over there. I wouldn't ever buy a car there simply because of the service department. More
