I have been looking for a new car for several months. I was driving by Fletcher Hyundia and saw a sale going on. It was raining and as I started driving through the lot a man came out in the rain and asked was driving by Fletcher Hyundia and saw a sale going on. I wasn't done looking on my own yet and I told him I would be in after I looked some more. The sales person (Dave Murphy) didn't persist as some do and allowed me to take my time looking. I then went in and met with Dave and he got me a drink and sat down with me to discuss a possible purchase. Dave got me $1600.00 more from my trade than had been offered elsewhere and the friendliness of all the staff and the quality of the car and having the color and options I wanted, sold me. We did a test drive before making our final decision and were introduced to Kevin. He is a very personable young man with a great willingness to do what ever is possible to make the hard decision of buying a new car a little easier. He also has followed up with phone calls to make sure everything is going as expected. I am impressed and will be sure to advise our friends of the service. I decided to go look at cars one evening after work and I stopped at Fletcher Superstore. Kevin Tabereaux was working there and greeted me when I walked up. He was very friendly and enthusiastic! He showed me a few different cars, one being a 2013 Malibu on the showroom floor. He pulled the car off the showroom floor so that I could test drive it. He let me know about all the features on the car and had me very interested. I didn't get the car that evening, I wanted to think about it some before I made the decision to purchase. The next day Kevin contacted me and asked if I would like to drive the car some more. He brought the car to my job and let me use it for the day. He was very curteous and extremely friendly...he made me feel comfortable and was not overly aggressive, but was definitely very helpful. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Kevin played a huge part in my decision. I wouldn't have wanted to deal with anyone else for the purchase. I will definitely recommend Fletcher to friends and family!!! More

He knowledge helped us quickly narrow down our options and make a decision. We took a while but he was incredibly patient with us. We had come there with the intention of getting a Camry. But because Donz showed us several options, we came away with a better car (Hyundai Sonata better ratings and features than the Camry and lower mileage for the same price) and a better deal. Every person that we had to deal with every step of the way was very helpful, taking time to answer all questions, and very friendly. My whole experience here was excellent. I have already recommended several people go here if they ever need a car. I was very pleased with the knowledge, friendliness and patience of Donz.
