I have been looking and test driving for a new car for the last two years. I test drove twice at Frank Kent Cadillac in Arlington. My test drive last year with was with Miguel, who I did not ask for because Chantel was busy. It was not a very good experience as he was very smart with me after the test drive, I ask him were there any incentives he said “the only one was that the car was on the lot.” I was talking to Miguel about the factory installed window tinting on the XT4 and he replied to me “what do you want me to do, rip it off the windows?” He was very vague about the interest rate that was going to be charged. The price offered me was $3000 over MSRP. They had it listed as market value. The above is why I decided not to buy my car with Frank Kent Cadillac, Arlington. I bought my new XT4 from Crest Cadillac in Frisco and it was a wonderful experience. I called last week and spoke to a man in the service department. He did not give me his name. I ask him could I bring my car to Frank Kent Cadillac, Arlington Texas for GM warranty work? He asked me where did I buy my vehicle and I told him, he replied “no, you’ll just have to drive all the way back up there.” I called Frank Kent Cadillac in Fort Worth. I spoke to a very nice lady and she said they would be glad to do the warranty work for me. ???????
