I had a highly disappointing experience with Frank Leta Acura. Prior to visiting the dealership, I was quoted a price that significantly differed from what I was ultimately charged upon arrival, as well as Acura. Prior to visiting the dealership, I was quoted a price that significantly differed from what I was ultimately charged upon arrival, as well as undisclosed fees that were only presented at the final stage of the transaction. This lack of transparency was both frustrating and concerning. Additionally, when I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle, it still contained broken glass, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned or inspected. The dealership also required additional time to complete work that should have been finished prior to my scheduled pickup, further delaying the process. Overall, the experience fell far short of the professionalism and integrity I expected. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to improve its communication, transparency, and attention to detail moving forward. And if you are a female... BE AWARE. More

Will who is part of the Loyalty Team helped me buy an Acura TL this week. Including the TL, I have now purchased 5 Acuras in the last 4 years. Will was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had a disappointing experience with Frank Leta Acura regarding their dishonest warranty practices. When I bought my new Acura RDX, I unknowingly signed up for a $2k warranty covering exterior and interi regarding their dishonest warranty practices. When I bought my new Acura RDX, I unknowingly signed up for a $2k warranty covering exterior and interior protection—a service never offered or performed on my vehicle. I only discovered this issue when trying to cancel the warranties, as they were through a third party, not Acura. The third party falsely claimed the service was non-refundable. After a week of back and forth, the dealership refunded me but showed no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. Unlike most reputable dealers in St. Louis, Frank Leta Acura is not BBB accredited, which might explain their lack of transparency and accountability. I advise potential customers to be cautious with their warranty offerings. I will not be returning to Frank Leta Acura for future purchases or repairs. More
DO NOT BUY FROM FRANK LETA! Bought a 2013 Grand Caravan here one year ago. So here goes my one year review... 1 month after buying: drivers side sliding door breaks. 4 mont Bought a 2013 Grand Caravan here one year ago. So here goes my one year review... 1 month after buying: drivers side sliding door breaks. 4 months after buying: (just outside the 3 month warranty) transmission starts acting up and erratically having shifting issues. $400 for a transmission fluid flush which fixed it, for now. 7 months after buying: $200 to replace the broken motor mount. 10 months after buying: $1000 to replace the battery and alternator. 1/20/25 Add on another $1000 repair to replace the TIPM. In addition to all that the sales process is very high pressure to buy extra services and such. Managed to get most of that taken off but even still they got gap insurance and a service plan for their very slow service dept. (2 hours for an oil change??) slipped in. Would absolutely not recommend buying from Frank Leta at all. More
I called the dealership because I was having trouble installing my front plate. MB answered the phone and told me I need not call service, he told me just to come in. I arrived, and MB (My brother) took installing my front plate. MB answered the phone and told me I need not call service, he told me just to come in. I arrived, and MB (My brother) took care of my need personally. He was not my sales person who sold me the car a month ago. Wonderfully delightful. If all the salespersons or employees had the same attitude and energy, the dealership would surpass any and all competition! Thank you MB! More
I have been leasing vehicles from Frank Leta for 20 years. I have noticed a significant decline in the Leasing department. The process used to be simple and straight forward. The last couple of leas years. I have noticed a significant decline in the Leasing department. The process used to be simple and straight forward. The last couple of leases have been horrible. The communication with the sales team is nonexistent. Phone calls are ignored, and emails are left unanswered. The licensing department is the worst. One year I was billed for personal property tax for a car I no longer leased, and it took me months to get the situation resolved. Currently I am dealing with another clerical error from the Frank Leata licensing department. I am unable to renew my license plates because the documentation was not submitted properly or in a timely manner. (this is all supposed to be done by the dealership at time of lease). I left messages that were ignored and emails that were also ignored. I went in person and was told it was my problem, and they offered No Help. The dealership is not interested in retaining customers. The Acura cars are wonderful and the Customer Serice at the Finance Department (Honda Lease) have been wonderful. After 20 years I will be looking for another Acura dealer. Too bad Frank Leta does not care about repeat long term customers. More

Buy your Acura somewhere else. We have purchased 4 new vehicles from Frank Leta with our 4th and last purchase from Frank Leta in February. The most recent purchase and service was We have purchased 4 new vehicles from Frank Leta with our 4th and last purchase from Frank Leta in February. The most recent purchase and service was horrible. It started when Randy the finance manager tried to tell us that the Title Company they use would not process our title, registration and transfer because we paid cash for the vehicle. This was while I was on the phone with the Title Company and they were telling me that they never received the paperwork from Randy. Randy is a liar. Next we had a noise coming from the rear ac vent. Frank Leta ordered a new part. After waiting 6 weeks for the part we finally had an appointment today for the repair. My wife sat in the service waiting area for 3 hours with no updates. When she decided to ask what was taking so long they told her that they were swamped and it should be ready in about 20 minutes. 60 minutes later she was on her way home. 4 1/2 hours to replace the rear ac vent with a scheduled appointment . Seriously buy your Acura from a different dealer. More
