We bought our truck in October 2025 at FLA mainly due to the warranty they provided along with the “Leta for Life” guarantee. We didn’t expect a perfect truck since it was used, but we were surprised when w the warranty they provided along with the “Leta for Life” guarantee. We didn’t expect a perfect truck since it was used, but we were surprised when we got an error in the first 30 days. I took it into service for warranty work on a malfunctioning sensor. I was charged the diagnostic fee with FLA and told it had to go to Lexus and that the warranty covered the repair through them from the service writer. Dropped off the truck the same day and Lexus then charged me another fee of 225$ and said the warranty company didn’t have me in their system for the repair. I went to FLA and talked to the business Manager, Justin who said the warranty was through FLA and I needed to bring it to them. I explained that I did and was promptly sent away by their service writer. After some digging, the Lexus dealership discovered that there was some accident damage to the vehicle prior to my purchasing it that was throwing off the sensor and Justin said it wouldn’t be warrantied. He did, at that point offer to refund me the diagnostic fee (via mailed check) charged by the Lexus dealer since the service department didn’t follow protocol and sent me away. I have not heard from him since, despite numerous attempts on my part to get in touch. Through the work at the dealership, we later, we found out that the battery was bad, the air filter and cabin filter were gross enough to be original to the car (65000 miles). So their however many point inspection is clearly not a real thing. After leaving a review on Google, they reached out for us to call which we did with no response. So far no return call half a week later. They changed the review from “please call us to make it right” to “thanks for the feedback.” Doesn’t look like they will make any part of it right. More

Evan was a great salesperson—responsive, honest, and professional. He answered all my questions by text before the test drive and sent photos and video of the vehicle. There was never any pressure, and he was upfront about the first car having been in a wreck. We ended up purchasing a brand-new RDX, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Even after the sale, Evan made sure we were taken care of when we decided not to keep the extended warranty. Highly recommend working with him. More

Following up on the review I posted last week. I did call Acura as requested in their response. I was transferred to the GM’s voicemail, where I left two messages 12/20 and 12/22. I also went in person 12/23 and still have not received any follow-up. It’s truly disappointing that no one has reached out to take accountability or even offer an apology. When I purchased my car, I believed I was also buying into strong customer service—but that has not been the case. I do want to acknowledge that Evan was once again very kind and professional when I visited in person. However, I was also told that the GM would be in 12/24 and despite being informed that he has been in multiple times since my initial voicemail, a week has passed with no response. That feels like more than enough time to follow up. Will I trust Acura again? Unfortunately, no. This experience has been extremely disappointing. More

I am a first-time buyer and the dealership did not disclose that Missouri sales tax was not included in the loan.
