I have tried calling, leaving multiple messages for the General Manager to please return my call. All of this started on Saturday January 27, 2024. After having to absolutely hound this dealership to even General Manager to please return my call. All of this started on Saturday January 27, 2024. After having to absolutely hound this dealership to even make a simple courtesy call. Nothing, finally on Friday February 2, 1024. I explained to the Sales Manager my concerns, including possibly of death. He understood this can be a life or death situation and he Guaranteed me he would absolutely call me back to further discuss to come to resolution. The Sales Manager just like the General Manager of Frank Leeta Acura WILL NOT RETURN RETURN EVEN A COURTESY CALL BACK. Frank Leta was put on actual notice of a potential life threatening problem with my Acura I purchased from Frank Leta and boy do I Regret ever being caught up with these unprofessionals who only care about profit. They will not make even the simplest of things right. NO CALL BACKS!! This will be your experience also, do you want to be treated the same way I have been treated? Because you can, but don’t bother with the phone, you will have to drive there every time you may need something done on your Acura! Thank you. More

I have called MANAGEMENT for seven (7) days and NO return phone calls. They sold me a car without a spare tire or the key to get the lug nuts off. If I drove down in winter weather and drove down this would phone calls. They sold me a car without a spare tire or the key to get the lug nuts off. They ignore their clients and will not return a phone call! How is this a sustainable business model, by never returning a simple phone call? More

I have worked with Trenton Adams on getting my new mustang and he has been absolutely wonderful! He has been very informative and helpful with some of the difficulties that occurred during the process mustang and he has been absolutely wonderful!
