About 5 years ago I purchased a 2017 TLX from Frank Leta. I was so impressed by the customer service Nick a salesman at the time that when i was in for my routine oil change he informed me of the great deals I was so impressed by the customer service Nick a salesman at the time that when i was in for my routine oil change he informed me of the great deals. Two hours later i was driving off in a Brand new RDX No haggling - no stress!!! Nick did a great job taking care of me and making the car buying process a pleasant experience yet again. He has since been promoted and i can say it was very well deserved. I even got my best friend of 25 years to try Frank Leta and he was so impressed he bought a car. I am supper happy to be a part of the Frank Leta owner family again and will continue to buy as long as Nick is there. The service department rocks as well all service reps are nothing but nice take Aaron he is definitely on top of things and is up front with my service. Frank Leta is one of the best dealerships in the USA and they hire very smart people in my opinion because they hired Nick and moved him up the corporate ladder. More
