About 5 years ago I purchased a 2017 TLX from Frank Leta. I was so impressed by the customer service Nick a salesman at the time that when i was in for my routine oil change he informed me of the great deals I was so impressed by the customer service Nick a salesman at the time that when i was in for my routine oil change he informed me of the great deals. Two hours later i was driving off in a Brand new RDX No haggling - no stress!!! Nick did a great job taking care of me and making the car buying process a pleasant experience yet again. He has since been promoted and i can say it was very well deserved. I even got my best friend of 25 years to try Frank Leta and he was so impressed he bought a car. I am supper happy to be a part of the Frank Leta owner family again and will continue to buy as long as Nick is there. The service department rocks as well all service reps are nothing but nice take Aaron he is definitely on top of things and is up front with my service. Frank Leta is one of the best dealerships in the USA and they hire very smart people in my opinion because they hired Nick and moved him up the corporate ladder. More

My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna about two months ago from Frank Leta, Jared and Ahmed were AMAZING! We went to 4 or 5 dealerships before we found Frank Leta so we got a bit of perspective on the way ago from Frank Leta, Jared and Ahmed were AMAZING! Jared, Sam, Nick and the entire team at Frank Leta Acura, made me feel right at home, and where I should be, to buy my car. Jared did a great job of getting me started and hearing what was important in the c made me feel right at home, and where I should be, to buy my car. Sam followed up with clear communication, along with Nick, running some financial numbers for me, and I went in, and Sam got me the car I wanted, at the price I was looking for. He took time to tell me the Frank Leta story; introduce me to everyone in Parts, Service and Sales. This was so helpful for me as it gives me the confidence to do everything here in the future. Nick finished out the process, thoroughly, great detail and options, and again, the entire team made me feel important and welcome. This is how car shopping should be!!! Thank you!!! More

Horrible dealership. Sold me a car with two bent wheels on the driveline axle. Rusted brake calipers. These are just the simple things they chose not to do until i told them to do it. And even after i grilled them three separate jobs. They still can’t do their job right. I had to manually pull them off and crazy i found exactly what i told them to look for. Cleared C tech to A tech. Everyone missed what i told them to look at from the start. Frank Leta is a scam. They don’t care to help you. Warranty’s are a scam from them. They’ll tell you you have to pay warranty work. They just want your money and time. Anyone working there should be disgraced at how this company treats its costumers. More
