Following up on the review I posted last week. I did call Acura as requested in their response. I was transferred to the GM’s voicemail, where I left two messages 12/20 and 12/22. I also went in person 12/23 and still have not received any follow-up. It’s truly disappointing that no one has reached out to take accountability or even offer an apology. When I purchased my car, I believed I was also buying into strong customer service—but that has not been the case. I do want to acknowledge that Evan was once again very kind and professional when I visited in person. However, I was also told that the GM would be in 12/24 and despite being informed that he has been in multiple times since my initial voicemail, a week has passed with no response. That feels like more than enough time to follow up. Will I trust Acura again? Unfortunately, no. This experience has been extremely disappointing. More

I am a first-time buyer and the dealership did not disclose that Missouri sales tax was not included in the loan. It was fixed to my satisfaction before I left though. My salesperson is Jayla Robinson. She is the absolute best! She is very attentive and knowledgeable about her cars. She made absolutely sure I was happy with my car before I left. She even got in the car with me to make sure I was familiar with all the features. If you want a good experience buying a car here, make sure to ask for her! I promise you'll be happy you did! More

I have been waiting for them to fix my A/C for almost 30 days now. They blew me off telling me nothing was wrong with it then we drive to the beach which is far and it broke on the way. They cant be trusted they keep saying my car will be fixed soon and it never is. I had to locate my own part and get shipping too. They are idiots her and only care about selling cars. More
In April 30, 2025 I Took my 2024 RDX in for service and a thumping noise in the rear that has been there since we bought the car new. After several failed attempts to fix the issue they decided that it might thumping noise in the rear that has been there since we bought the car new. After several failed attempts to fix the issue they decided that it might be the rear shock. But they would have to order the part. Was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered and they would call. Haven’t heard a word. Call today, June 11, they did not order the part but they will have it delivered tomorrow. Have an appointment on Friday for the repair. They said it would take about and 1 1/2 hours. Not holding my breath. I recommend you go somewhere else for your Acura. This is my 4th Acura from Frank Leta and is definitely my last. More
I had a highly disappointing experience with Frank Leta Acura. Prior to visiting the dealership, I was quoted a price that significantly differed from what I was ultimately charged upon arrival, as well as Acura. Prior to visiting the dealership, I was quoted a price that significantly differed from what I was ultimately charged upon arrival, as well as undisclosed fees that were only presented at the final stage of the transaction. This lack of transparency was both frustrating and concerning. Additionally, when I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle, it still contained broken glass, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned or inspected. The dealership also required additional time to complete work that should have been finished prior to my scheduled pickup, further delaying the process. Overall, the experience fell far short of the professionalism and integrity I expected. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to improve its communication, transparency, and attention to detail moving forward. And if you are a female... BE AWARE. More
