My family and I have been customers of Frank Leta for 21 years. The first car we bought was a used Honda Civic, but the customer service and the condition of this used car were such that my husband told the years. And that's exactly what he did. When our son turned 16 we asked the sales department to look for a good, reliable used car for him, one that would give him good performance and keep him safe. The sales representative found one for us. Most recently, I bought an Acura TL from Frank Leta and it has been a superb vehicle. The bottom line is this: I trust Frank Leta. The staff, from sales to finance to service, has always been honest, never charging me hidden fees and never doing unnecessary work. We have bought our cars from Frank Leta since 1988, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I have recommended friends to Frank Leta and they have all come away from the showroom with a great experience. Frank Leta has my business for life. More
The tag line of Can't Beat a Leta sure held true in my case. I was looking to buy a new MDX and went to Dave Munganest and Leta. Both had the exact same car but Leta's offer was $4,000 better than Munga case. I was looking to buy a new MDX and went to Dave Munganest and Leta. Both had the exact same car but Leta's offer was $4,000 better than Munganest. I live 5 minutes from Munganest so I wanted to buy my car there for convenience sake but they couldn't match Leta's offer. When I told them what the quote from Leta was they were surprised and said that if that offer was real then I should take it. The offer was real and I love my new Acura. In my case the other Acura dealer in town couldn't beat Leta. More
My experience with Frank Leta Acura was extraordinary. I submitted my request through the internet and immediately received response via email and phone call. From that point I received nothing but excellent customer service from all the people involved. I came to the dealer on 10/24 met Victor K and was introduced to Kevin G. I test drove two cars and decided which one I wanted. Kevin was very professional and extremely helpful. Middle of the week we talked about the car I wanted and the search began. Within an hour I received the call that they have found the car I wanted. On Sat, 10/31 I came to the dealer, all the financial portion has been completed via internet and it was a matter of going to the process of selecting the options for my car, learning the car technology and just completing some paperwork. The whole process was smooth and painless; as a matter of fact it was a very exciting experience. Everyone in the dealer was so friendly and provided the best customer service. Overall my car buying experience with Frank Leta was excellent. I would highly recommend Frank Leta to my friends and family and would definitively come back. More

I live in Illinois and have to drive 45 minutes to get to Leta Acura. But the friendliness and professionalism of their service staff has always made the trip worth while. Even if I'm having a rotten day and have to take "vacation time" from work to get over to Leta Acura, I leave there in a great mood. Ten days ago I bought a new vehicle from them. This is the third car I've bought from Leta Acura, and I can't say enough good things about the pleasant non-hassled experience (which started with an on-line quote, led to me taking an all-day test drive in one of their cars while I was having routine service on my 2004 RL, and ended up 4 days later with me driving a sweet new 2009 MDX home). We will continue to service my car there and recommend Leta Acura highly to all our friends. More
Having a desire to replace our 11 year old Toyota Avalon, we were seriously considering a new Avalon. That said, we drove a new Acura TL and fell in love with the drive. While the Avalon is big and quiet, the performance of the TL was superior, equalling the performance of a European performance sedan. The team at Frank Leta were first-rate, spending time with us discussing the features of the TL. Having looked at a non-Technology car, we determined that there was far more value in purchasing a TL-Tech, as the features are definitely "value-added." We love our TL, as it is a great blend of performance and comfort. With no wind noise, and just enough "road noise" to let you know that you're not "airborne," the car is well balanced and a great ride. Dr. Greg Atchison More

As a woman, I always dread going to a car dealership looking for a car but Frank Leta Acura made the entire experience enjoyable. I now go to Frank Leta Acura for my servicing needs and it's just as an enjoyable experience. Their waiting room has internet, coffee, snacks, and drinks...easy to go there in the morning and work on my computer while my car is serviced before driving into work. More
Purchased a used Acura CL from the dealership and found the sales process extremely easy. I was happy with the search, service, and final sale. The car was a one owner prior to being turned back into the dealer and was fully examined and serviced before purchase. I have had no major issues with the vehicle and it has run great for me. I am no longer in the St. Louis area but whenever I have called with questions regarding service I was promplty answered. Even though I am not in the area I will consider this dealer when it is time for my next car purchase. More
Purchased new over the weekend. Had a very unpleasant experience at Leta Acura, the salesman Jay B. was disinterested, confrontational, and appeared angry from the initial grumbled greeting. I (later) stated I'd emailed him a few times with no response, to which he replied "I don't do email". Also, I witnessed another Leta salesman belittle a customer. Very unpleasant and discouraging experience, I almost cancelled the next Acura appointment and went to Lexus. Fortunately I did keep the next appointment at Mungenast St. Louis Acura which was an entirely different experience. Salesman Bryan was not only pleasant, polite and interested, but actually very helpful. I had a price I intended to pay, which was quickly agreed to and everything was done. Mungenast was a pleasant experience with friendly service-oriented people, while Leta was a horrible, off-putting experience which will prevent me from visiting them again and from servicing any of my Acuras in their department.
