Sales team: Fatma Aouinet was very helpful, sincere, and communicative throughout the process. She was wonderful to work with and ready to go above and beyond. She gets 5 out of 5 stars. Service team: unfortunately, I have to stick to 3 out of 5 stars as the service team did not impress me. When I picked up the vehicle, detailing was not great (piece of candy stuck to the driver seat) and will have to clean it myself, fuel tank was half empty, and several scratches and a dent were left on front of the vehicle. Luckily this was communicated with Fatma and her manager Nick. So, they documented and will have these minor things taken care of at a later date. More
