Braden Kline was very courteous and patient with me as I looked at vehicles. My experience with Acura was horrible ! ! Unfortunately, I needed a car ASAP and bought a car from what I thought was a reputable dealership, without looking enough at other dealerships. Whe ! Unfortunately, I needed a car ASAP and bought a car from what I thought was a reputable dealership, without looking enough at other dealerships. When I decided to buy the car, I thought I was going to be paying the cost that was listed online. I was told that cost was only if you financed the car. I was paying with cash. The car came with no car mats and only 1 set of keys. I talked to the manager about this, but he was not willing to provide either of these, even at a discounted rate, after I spent $22,700 for the car with extended warranty. The cost to get an extra key/fob is going to be $300. I would think with the amount of money that I spent, they could provide me an additional key at no cost. When I drove the car off the lot, it didn't even have a full tank of gas! The salesman, John B, was GREAT and even bought me car mats out of his own money !! They currently have no one that details their cars, so John spent his own time cleaning the car as best he could. I give John 5 stars - he really tried to make me happy with my purchase. More
Got my KBB value online and these guys emailed me saying they would like to look at car…I told them the value seemed low and they told me that was a lowball figure and as long as car was in good condition t they would like to look at car…I told them the value seemed low and they told me that was a lowball figure and as long as car was in good condition they could beat that value….took car up there and was offered 8k less than trade in value with a reason that it would be hard to get someone financing at todays rates…don’t waste your time with these sharks…they are looking for blood 🩸 More
