I purchased a new 2010 Honda Accord from Frank Leta Honda back in late January and I just reached the time for my first oil and filter change. When I bought the car my salesman told me my first oil and filter change would be free. When I arrived at the service department I asked if this oil change was free and I was told that it was. I kinda thought that maybe they changed there policy. At the time I also had the tires rotated. The service was fast and the waiting area was comfortable. They also washed the car complementally after completeing the serviceI have to add that this was the 6th Accord I purchased but the first from Frank Leta. I never received a first oil filter change free at any other dealer, and I always come back to the dealer for all required maintenance. More

This was our 1st car purchase from Frank Leta Honda (we have purchased 4 new cars through Bommarito Dealerships) and was by far THE worst experience we've EVER had. We came to an agreement on a price for a vehicle and took delivery of said vehicle only to be called 3 days later by the salesmanger, Dolph, who then stated we had purchased the WRONG vehicle and we needed to return the vehicle asap....We had all proper documents signed and correct with the vehicle we purchased, Dolph then inturn said he would not release the title until we brought back the vehicle we purchased and we could then renegotiate the price on another vehicle "he thought" we originally purchased....Long story short we DID return the vehicle (there was TONS of lies being thrown at us regarding the original sale). We went to Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood and were in and out within 2 hours with the vehicle we wanted with NO PROBLEMS or lies..... More

Frank Leta associates go above & beyond what to most dealerships is a drive thru service to get you in and out in the least amount of time. This is actually the very first time I bought a car and it fel dealerships is a drive thru service to get you in and out in the least amount of time. This is actually the very first time I bought a car and it felt like I was buying a Ferrari! I felt like I was the only customer in the dealership. A first class experience with first rate associates. I've NEVER been treated this well buying a car EVER. Even the follow up correspondence made me feel special. Bait and Switchers. Had an agreed upon deal (salesman and sales manager) one evening at closing time and came back next morning to sign papers and take delivery of in-stock vehicle. Wanted additional $1,150. Had the distinct impression that I was part of a very bad SNL skit. Except I wasn't. Had purchased from them several years ago, but recent visits to their store will definitely be my last. I've had Hondas since the early 1980s and will stick with Honda for all the well-known reasons, but never again Leta. Never. More

When I was in the market for a new car, I had it narrowed down to the exact car I wanted. I knew I wanted a Honda Civic. So, it was just a matter of finding the best dealership to purchase it from. And after my visit to Frank Leta Honda, I had no doubt in my mind where I was going to purchase my vehicle. From the minute I walked through the front door, I was greeted with a friendly smile by the salesperson. He wasn't too pushy or over-bearing. He knew I had done my homework and didn't try to give me the standard, typical sales pitch. It was a very smooth process and he made me very comfortable, which is why I purchased from this dealership. (Along with the great deal I got!!) I continue to go to Frank Leta Honda for routine maintence for oil changes, etc. And the service department is just as friendly and helpful as the rest of the staff. I am 40 years old, and my visit to Frank Leta Honda was by far the most horrifying shopping experience of my life. Out on the lot she became irritated and rude when I didn't like the first car she showed me. I stood in disbelief as she badgered and belittled me. She then ran inside and grabbed the sales manager, and the two of them teamed up on me. I was shocked and dismayed as the abuse flew wildly out of control. They called me stupid and crazy for not jumping on that car. I walked away stunned. It mystifies me that such an operation remains in business. Later that day, with trepidation, I visited another Honda dealer (Vincel Honda) and was treated like king. The salesman stood by while I looked at amny cars, and there was no pressure. He even offered to remove a couple of dealer installed options I didn't like. I had done my research, and knew how low the price could be dropped. He gave me that price. Needless to say, I bought a car that day, and NOT from Frank Leta. More
