DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER****** very long read but please read before you buy……. Do your research before going here. I purchased an expedition at the end of February, big mistake on my part was buy an please read before you buy……. Do your research before going here. I purchased an expedition at the end of February, big mistake on my part was buy and signing before seeing the car in person and without test drive, bad on my part. As soon as I got the vehicle and drove off the lot I was hearing noses and hard shifting between gears, I called the next morning to let them know and the soonest I could bring in the car was the next week. I was never once told that I could bring the car back and void the whole sale, states on their site if you don’t pass a certain amount of miles, if I was made aware I would have brought the car back. The brakes were squeaky, on start up had loud noise and the hard shifting between gears, and at pick up the tire pressure light was on. With other minor issues too but I was mainly concerned with under the hood problems. They had the car for a few days and gave it back saying that the brakes is just dust, and they don’t feel the hard shifting. Now I only had the car back for less than a few days and back again and this time with recordings of the noise the car is making. They then had my car for over 40 days! I had to make a car payment without having the car, they gave me one loaner, which was a tiny car that I couldn’t go over 40 without it shaking, then for them to tell me it’s the cam phaser, when at first in their shop they told me it’s something with the transmission but then changed up, and still did nothing with the brakes. Then I finally get my car back for it to be making the same noise, so now I take it to two other shops for other opinions to be told my brakes are bad, there was little to no transmission fluid , even though they had it at a “ transmission specialist “ and that there is something wrong with the transmission and leaks as well that I didn’t know about it! So now Frank Myers has me take the car to ford, and ford says it maybe the transmission or it could still be the cam phaser because the first person that “ fixed “ it didn’t do it right, but the dealership will only cover one part where ford said no they need to do the whole thing again. Just for Myers to now take my car from ford to another shop, and they fixed the cam phaser problem, but here is the thing they could t tell me what the other shop did and said that they said the transmission is fine. I spoke with the other shop who said they never looked at the transmission and was never told about it, or about the oil leak that ford found, and that Myers wanted them to fix one part and they told them the same to at ford said, the whole thing needed to be replaced! So from the end of February to now I have in total have been in possession of my vehicle for a few weeks. Now between all of this the mechanic shop at Myers have been sooooo rude and disrespectful, the two women, in the beginning I tried to be nice and understand seeing that there was little to no communication about my car, but after the constant attitude I was done being nice and gave it right back to them, the only one that seemed to try and help was Keith , giving a different vehicle for me to use in the beginning, and trying to get some information about what was going on with my car, other than that this whole ordeal has been horrible, I missed work the second time they had my car because they said they won’t cover cause my car is at ford, even though they sent me to ford!!! I regret going there and buying this vehicle, in the beginning they even kept asking is it cause I didn’t want this car, when this is the car I asked for and my dream car! So now I’m stuck with a car that I still have to get work done, need new brake and tires, and the car is still shifting hard between gears, I tried to get a lawyer cause this is a lemon car but of course in NC the cut off is 2022 and my car is a 2019. I know this is a long read but pleas please safe your self the pain and headache and DO NOT buy here. More
