Emergency Our visit to this Ford dealer's service was an emergency. It was a very hot day, a warning light came on and we lost our A/C and power steering. Turn Our visit to this Ford dealer's service was an emergency. It was a very hot day, a warning light came on and we lost our A/C and power steering. Turns out a belt had broken which ultimately caused the battery to almost die. Our problem was diagnosed very quickly and we were on our way in just over an hour. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.So glad we could get it fixed without a huge delay or expense. More
