The claim associated with your vehicle was filed directly with your insurance company, and all repair work billed was based on the approved estimate and repair process associated with that claim. Regarding the cleaning of the seats, we apologize if our services did not meet your expectations. However, our location does not offer detailing services, and interior stain removal is not included as part of our standard repair process. We value every customer and strive to provide transparent communication throughout the repair process. The job centered around water damage. If you weren't capable of handling the job why take it on? You charged me $3900 for a new headliner and put 3 seats in a car REALLY!!! Now I have to pay out of pocket to have it cleaned. Service manager would be looking for a new job if it was my business. CROOKS!!!!!

The entire job was centered on detailing!!!!! If you couldn't handle the job why take it on ? Tell you why you charged 3900$ to replace a headliner and install carpet and seats. CROOKS!!! Service manager would be gone if it was my business.
