I recently purchased a Toyota Crown from Frankfort Toyota. Chris Stewart was our sales associate, and he was fabulous to work with. Greg was so kind and I believe he genuinely wants the best for his costumers. I’ve bought a lot of cars and know most dealer tricks to take advantage of people. I just bought a new 2026 Tacoma from Frankfort Toyota in Frankfort Kentucky. I had an excellent experience and salesman in Brandon Hall. He even followed up with me a week later to make sure I knew about the 2 year Toyota service plan for oil changes, etc. I would highly recommend Frankfort Toyota and Brandon for your new car and truck needs. We should never have purchased this RAV4 gas model. It is loud and noisy inside. You can hear the motor straining going up a hill or passing someone on Highway. The infoteck is terrible. Our car salesman, Triell (aka "Tree"), was great. He was patient with our many questions (and multiple test drives). I'm not sure if he even got to have lunch that day! The staff in general were very polite and helpful. Our only issue was that we wanted to pay cash for the car, but we were from out of state so we couldn't write a personal check. Dan (floor manager) let us know that our bank had a branch in Lexington where we could get a cashier's check, but it would take 20 minutes to get there and 20 minutes back. He implied that it would only cost us around $20 if we went through the formal process of financing the car, and then we could pay off the full loan in the first month. So, we chose to finance the car. Turns out there is a $175 charge to finance the car (even if we paid it off immediately). We signed MANY documents with Dave (finance manager), but we don't remember the $175 charge ever being pointed out to us. We saw this after bringing the car home. Obviously, if we knew there was going to be a $175 charge to finance the car, we would have taken the time to get a cashier's check from our bank. We felt duped. Just leaves a bad taste in the mouth where the rest of the buying experience was overall positive. More

We had our 2010 Prius at your facility last week due to a windshield leak that caused water damage to the inside of the vehicle. While your service department was cleaning the water damage inside the car, th windshield leak that caused water damage to the inside of the vehicle. While your service department was cleaning the water damage inside the car, they found a ring that was the previous owners, it was put it in the cup holder for us to find. When I contacted the previous owner, she was ecstatic that it had been found! So whoever is responsible for this should be commended for their honesty and great work! Thanks to Brooke also for keeping the cost below the estimate! More
