He pointed out additional features on the vehicle we were test driving and answered all of the questions we had. If he didn't know the answer immediately, he wasn't afraid to ask someone for us. There was "no hassle, no haggling" on price. We felt like our wants and desires were listened to and honored. The interactions with staff felt honest and we feel that they are trustworthy.
