We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and ended up talking to Ken Hucker. He never rushed us and we made a test drive, followed by a nice and relaxed discussion about the car and the options available to us. We considered test driving some competitors, so we told him we would be back in touch the next day. We called him the next morning letting him know we would be buying the car and would come by in a few hours. When we got there he had everything prepared and went over the car's features in detail with us. We never felt rushed and he explained everything to us. He even hooked up our phones to the car while we were finishing up the finances. All in all a wonderful experience. The financial dealings with Mike Burgess were very smooth and friendly as well.
