We never receiv We had a mixed experience with Bradshaw Acura. There was a recall on our Acura trade in for airbag issues that we were not aware of. We never received a letter from Acura and even though we had brought our car in for service after the letter was dated, the service department never mentioned anything about a recall notice. As a result of the open recall issue, our trade in was under appraised by $2,000. In the end, the sales manager raised the appraisal after we walked over to the service department and scheduled a service appointment that afternoon to have the airbag issue resolved. I understand that a car dealership is in the business of making a profit, but ultimately this recall was an Acura issue-not an issue such as owner negligence. So we were a bit disappointed in that regard. On the other hand, our salesman, Shannon did everything he could to make the deal. He apologized for the inconvenience and worked very hard to make things right. He was extremely patient and so very helpful. The finance manager was also great. Overall, we are pleased with our new Acura and look forward to many years of driving it. More

The salesman we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable about the 2017 MDX and he answered all our questions very patiently. He didn't try to oversell and gave us sufficient time to make an informed decision. More

Asked for his best price when we got down to 2 vehicles we were looking at (Lexus GX 460 and Acura MDX) and that is what he gave us. None of the usual back and forth you go thru. Took time with us as we requested and didn't try to "overdo" it. Very Very Good. Would recommend him, Acura and this dealership! More

We have dealt with JJ since he was a salesman, and as always, he worked with us diligently to help us reduce our monthly output and still maintain many of the luxury features to which we have become accustomed. We could not be happier with our 2017 RDX and look forward to continuing our long-standing relationship with Bradshaw Acura. More
