Very Good We identified a 2014 Acura RLX on Auto Trade and called the dealership. Spoke to Mark Craine and he set the vehicle aside while we drove from Atlanta We identified a 2014 Acura RLX on Auto Trade and called the dealership. Spoke to Mark Craine and he set the vehicle aside while we drove from Atlanta to see it. Should reimburse me for my battery. The buying experience wasn't bad. I was a very easy customer though. I paid asking price and went through Bradshaw's financing. The only problem I have is I had to buy a new battery the next day. I understand that I bought the car "AS IS" but I paid 21k for a used car and gave asking price. What really irritated me is that I called my salesman, Awbry, and left a message about the battery and he didn't even call me back. I feel if I had mentioned the battery before buying the car it would have been dealt with but since I was too trusting I got stuck with buying the new battery. I even purchased the Zurich shield with my car and couldn't get a reply back. The battery cost $130 dollars but it's the simple fact that I couldn't even get a call back. More
