Great Car Salesman Richard Chiles was a great salesman. Purchase of new Acura I do not like to negotiate anything since I have no skill doing so. In this case, I sent email to a few dealers saying what the Trucar price was and I do not like to negotiate anything since I have no skill doing so. One dealer quoted me a higher price, two said to come see them, but Mike Kelly sent an email saying simply that he could meet it. Sold! ( Maybe I could have negotiated even more, but I am happy). Great car at a not so great price. After seeing the offer from the Acura dealer, we decided to go a different route and look for another dealership. Turns out the next nearest Acura de After seeing the offer from the Acura dealer, we decided to go a different route and look for another dealership. Turns out the next nearest Acura dealer was over 2 hours away. Then we decided we would not buy another Acura but go with another company altogether. I went away on a golf trip and when I returned, my husband had made the deal on a 2017 RDX and that was that. We are pleased with the car as it is not too different fron the 2011 RDX I was currently driving with some nice upgrades. Acura offered us a low ball trade in on the low mileage RDX( under 50,000 miles on a 6 year old car). Then they suggested we go to Car Max, which we did. Car Max offered us more and Acura would not match their offer. So, we had to sell our current Acura to Car Max in order to purchase a new Acura from the dealership. The whole process left a bad taste in our mouths and we are probably driving our last Acura. More
Purchase of a 2015 Acura MDX We met with Steve Steele to first consider a new car purchase but decided to review the 2015 MDX vehicle that were returned from the lease program. We met with Steve Steele to first consider a new car purchase but decided to review the 2015 MDX vehicle that were returned from the lease program. Steve did a very good job of hosting us through the process. The negotiating process was handled by the F&I Manager and that experience was not handled very well. When we discussed price the his statement was the dealership did not make any money on car leases that the profit was made by Acura. As a customer I am not concerned which party makes the profit but that I get the best buy for my dollar. I believe there was room for negotiation but in the end we bought the vehicle as priced. We also had to wait 25 minutes for the for the availability of the F&I Manager to close the deal or sell us the extended warranty and the environmental protection packages; this was inefficient and others in the organization should be empowered to make this part fo the sale. Waiting to spend $40,000 with a company is not a cutomer focused prcoess. More

I enjoyed working with everyone [i.e Pete, Cory, Doug, and Coulton, and the gentleman that I did not give enough credit to - Kent (I believe is his name, and I apologize)] Kent did the actual work, and my 3.2 CL is running like new. I dealt with Pete directly, and he does his job very well. Special thanks again to Kent how actually did the work. Thanks for the loaner vehicle. I am attempting to keep my 3.2 CL for at least 1,000,000 miles. But, I will buy an Acura when the time comes. Everyone did a great job (especially, Kent and Pete).
