Professional and sucessful I am located an hour away from the dealership so I started the relationship by phone. Having reviewed the inventory via the internet, the salesman and I were able to get right to work. His proposal was in order except for his offer on the trade. I realized that he was offering the low range as he had not seen my car in person. I called him and asked if he would come up with a fresh appraisal if I brought the vehicle to him. He said he would gladly do this. Once he saw my vehicle, he was able to raise his trade in value by 7%. That made the deal. I had failed to bring my title or a check so we agreed to meet halfway the next morning. Mike took an hour or so showing me how to work the car's electronics. It was as if he really enjoyed doing this. It was evident that he was really on the Acura team as he takes a personal pride in that brand. More

Our experience with the financing could have been a little moremcustomer friendly. We questioned the Arbitratration Agreement, as we have never been presented with that before in our many years, when questioned I feel he became somewhat condescending and aggressive as we were told that if we chose not to sign the agreement, Bradshaw would not sell us the vehicle. An unusual approach that could have been handled a little more professionally with tact when a customer is spending $40,000. Thanks More

He took us immediately to a vehicle like we wanted and fully explained its features in an orderly manner. He had answers to all our questions. He took us both on a nice test drive. His price for the vehicle was straight forward and in line with the quote. He and Mike, the financial guy, also a well informed and very nice person, patiently explained leasing vs financing vs paying cash. Mike found an RDX just like we wanted and offered to get it in a few days. We left to ponder our decision, Mike followed up in a courteous way, and we went ahead with the purchase. The car arrived and was ready with all the extras we hoped for even quicker than we thought. It was presented in fabulous condition and again Mike took much time to explain the features to us tech challenged retirees, sync up my cell phone, and helped with the call to AcuraLink. The other Mike was also well prepared with the all the paperwork ready. Mike Kelly even drove us through the service garage so we would know for sure where to come. He also saw us sitting in the car for a while and came back out to help us get the restaurant we wanted to go to celebrate this pleasant experience into the navigation system. He called a few days later to see how we were doing. We were already on our first long trip with the RDX and loving it. He offered a few hints with the audio system. All of that is about as 5 Star as you can get! More

We started the process with an internet search of SC, GA, and NC dealers regarding availability and price. Bradshaw Acura (through Steve Steele) provided prompt responses with specific pricing that was competitive with other area dealers (plus the documentation costs were much lower). We stopped by the dealership two days later and Mr. Steele provided a thorough but low pressure introduction to the car, This introduction took over an hour because of the variety of options available with the Technology package (plus our inability to grasp some concepts on the first demonstration). Mr. Steele exhibited extensive knowledge of the car's features and technologies and he took time to preset many of these features for us. However, there was no hard sell for additional equipment or extra insurance. The price was exactly as quoted on the emails and the sales process was friendly and relatively quick. We highly recommend Steve Steele and Bradshaw Acura for anyone interested in purchasing an Acura. More
