Not sure about this place. Just started up our search for a second vehicle again. I requested a quote online and at the dealership. The salespeople had no problem asking me for my personal information and information about my current car. If I left with a quote for comparison, I would have less of a problem with providing some information. However, the dealership provided none of the requested information about the cost or payments after two requests (online and in person). Yes, we're comparing different vehicles and total cost of ownership. Research is part of the modern buying experience. I am not opposed to low pressure sales, but I found the requests for information about me and lack of transparency unprofessional. More

We test drove a used 2015 MDX and a 2015 Lexus RX 350 on the lot. Despite the rain and the knowledge that we weren't going to buy that day, Aubry Minns provided us with excellent customer service. This excellent service brought us back to buy the RX two weeks later. We could've gone down the street to the Lexus dealership but believe that excellent service deserves the sale. Aubry Minns got us the deal that we needed to make the sale happen. He got our insurance and registration transfers taken care of. I called back on Monday, requesting that the destination information in my old vehicle be deleted, and am confident that he was good on his word to delete.
