I went in to Bradshaw Acura to look at an ILX that they were advertising on their Certified program. Patrick Oliver showed me the car in a professional, low pressure way and was very knowledgeable about t were advertising on their Certified program. Patrick and sales manager John Finley worked up a great deal on the car which I agreed to verbally. I decided to take the next day to check financing options and when I came back in with my wife the next day, I just felt the TLX might make us happier in the long run. Patrick and John were great about focusing on what we really wanted rather than closing the first sale.
