I worked with Tino on the purchase of my new car, and I can not say enough about him! He was so patient with me and extremely knowledgeable about all the different vehicles and their options. After my purc can not say enough about him! He was so patient with me and extremely knowledgeable about all the different vehicles and their options. After my purchase was complete he took the time to sit in my new car with me and go over how to work all the options again bc trust me their are a lot of buttons and options. Tino also called me a couple days after my purchase to make sure I was happy and that I didn’t have any questions. I would highly recommend Tino to anyone looking to purchase!!! More

Tino was very helpful, upfront, honest, and responsive throughout the process. While market conditions and supply chain issues made things difficult for me, he found ways to help me purchase the car I wan throughout the process. He suggested other vehicles with similar features and encouraged us to look at all available options. We had not planned to buy right away however Tino’s demeanor and professional approach led us to make our decision sooner than anticipated. He “sold” us on the car without the typical pushiness like some other car dealerships. He didn’t beg us to meet his manager, he encouraged us to take our time and choose the right vehicle for us. I’m typically turned off by most dealerships because they insist on getting you inside to meet the sales manager and get you in a vehicle today! We would definitely buy from Tino and Bradshaw again. JJ, the sales manager, was also very helpful and started the paperwork with us because Tino was assisting another customer when we returned to purchase the vehicle. He was also professional and thanked us for our business. We received a follow up phone call from Tino who wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase and encouraged us to call him anytime with questions. Tino also walked us through the vehicle amenities before leaving the dealership and encouraged us to drop by with any additional questions about the vehicle. Thanks to Bradshaw for making our buying experience pleasurable! More

I think the Acura MDX Type S Advance is a great car and overall offers good value. No discounts applied even though I have been a Honda owner for over 20 years. Also, the dealer offered no discounts which overall offers good value. No discounts applied even though I have been a Honda owner for over 20 years. Also, the dealer offered no discounts which is the norm at this time. Bradshaw Acura dealer offered less trade-in for my previously owned 2017 Honda Pilot Elite than other dealers and CarMax. I had to sell it at a Honda Dealership to get a better price. Tino Sullivan, Sales Consultant, was excellent. More

After talking with Joey, seeing the vehicles you had, and getting to a price we were comfortable with, we moved forward with you all as the overall value and everything else was better. Very glad we stopped in! Great service all around, I have a feeling we will be back when my wife wants to upgrade again :0 Thanks! More

The car had deep scratches all the way down the sides and the damage was never disclosed to us before signing the paperwork. As soon as we signed the paperwork they told us that there was damage to the paint and assured us that it would be taken care of. Four trips to the service department and two months later there are not only still scratches all over the car, but visible buff swirls are now all over the car. JJ Jordal, the Sales Manager told us that this was the best he could do, then fabricated a lie claiming that we put the scratches on the car ourselves by running the car through a car wash. (The only people to ever wash the car was Bradshaw Acura.) Do not do business with this company. Below is a full timeline of events: My wife and I bought a 2022 Acura RDX on Dec, 4 2021 from Bradshaw Acura in Greenville, SC 29607. The car we purchased had deep scratches all over the car. This was never disclosed to us before we signed the paperwork. In fact, we were not made aware of the damage to the car until we were handed the keys by Tino Sullivan as we were walking out the door to take the car home. Tino then assured us that the dealership would take care of the damage during our scheduled "Zurrich Shield" warranty on Dec, 17 2021. On Dec 5, 2021, I sent an email to the financial manager Michael Burgess outlining the issue with pictures attached for documentation. This email was never responded to. Dec, 17 we dropped our car off at the service department for them to try and get the scratches out. After picking the car up, the scratches were still visible and also had visible buff swirls all around the car. We were told at this appointment that if they were unsuccessful at getting the scratches out, then they would have to get an estimate to repaint the car as that would be the next step. Jan 3, 2022, we brought the car back for the service department to attempt to get the original scratches and new buff swirls out of the car. When we picked the car up there were still visible scratches all over the car. Jan 26, 2022, we brought the car back for a third time for the service department to work on the scratches that they had been unsuccessful getting out before. When we picked the car up there were still visible scratches all over the car. Feb 7, 2022, Hannah Henline from the service department left a voicemail on my wife's phone stating that if the scratches did not come off then they would have to get an estimate to paint and then go from there. Feb 9, 2022, my wife dropped the car off to the service department again to allow them to try and get the scratches out. Feb 11, 2022, My wife, me, and her grandmother all went to the service department to pick the car up. The scratches were still visible all over the car. The Service department manager Erik Sandusky told us that this was the best that they could do and that he would have to redirect us back to the sales manager JJ Jordal so the issue could be resolved. The service manager Erik acknowledged that the scratches were still there, and the fault still laid with Bradshaw Acura to resolve the issue. The service manager Erik said that JJ Jordal would call us that Monday, Feb 14, 2022, to talk about the next steps, and assured us that he would make things right for us because they wanted us to be satisfied customers. Feb 19, 2022, We had not heard from JJ Jordal yet so my wife called Bradshaw Acura to see how we could resolve the issue. He accused her of putting the scratches on the car by running through the car wash, obviously trying to shift the blame onto us and get himself out of having to fix the car. He asked her if we had run a car through the car wash, to which she responded no. The only time the car has ever been washed is when it was in the hands of Bradshaw Acura. Then he told her that the car will have scratches visible after going through a car wash. Then, he accused her of washing the car again. She then told him that she was very unhappy with her experience with Bradshaw Acura and then JJ Jordal said that he was sorry she felt that way and that they had done the best that they could do. I then called JJ Jordal after he spoke to my wife to understand why he was fabricating a lie about us being responsible for the scratches. He told me that we had put new scratches on the car that were never there by running through a car wash. This is false, the car had only been washed by Bradshaw Acura and stays in a garage at home. I then stated that if he was going to keep this stance of lying to get out of his responsibility then I would have to take legal action. He responded by hanging up on me. To summarize, we were never disclosed about the damage to the car before purchasing. We were told by Tino Sullivan that this would be resolved after we bought the car. We have never washed the car ourselves. We have brought it into the service department now four times in just over 2 months. We have given them ample opportunity to make this right and were assured that it would be made right. We were told that if the scratches did not come out and we were not satisfied that the next step would be to repaint the car. After our last visit to the service department Erik Sandusky said JJ Jordal would reach out about next steps to resolve the issue. JJ Jordal never reached out to us, so we had to contact him a week later. JJ Jordal told us this is the best he can do and made us feel like we had been conned. This is not what you would expect when you buy a brand-new car, especially an Acura. More
