We drove from Columbia, SC to look at another dealership and while that dealership was putting together some numbers, my spouse and I went to grab something to eat. We decided to stop into the Acura Dealer and while that dealership was putting together some numbers, my spouse and I went to grab something to eat. We decided to stop into the Acura Dealership "just to look" for a second. I asked the Dana, our salesman a few very specific questions about what they had available in our specified and budgeted price range and told him exactly what we were looking for. We were trading in our Mercedes GLA 250 for something a little bigger with more back seat space. Right off the bat Dana jumped into action. He took us to 5 cars that were within our budget, exactly what we were looking for and of course absolutely gorgeous. While we sat down and talked numbers and financing options, the dealership conducted an inspection on our trade in. Dana came back with some amazing numbers. The price of the slightly used, Certified Acura MDX AWD that we chose was too good to be true. We thought it was a mistake at first but Dana assured us that it WAS the correct price of the vehicle. His final price turned out to be $4,000 under what we had discussed with him was our top end that we did not want to exceed. This was the first hint that maybe we needed to stay here and deal with Dana instead of going back to the other dealership as he did not take the info that I shared with him and try to use it against us and get a higher price that what they were truly willing to take for the vehicle. Soon after, Dana got the estimate for our trade in and it blew me away. It was $3,000 more than any other dealership had offered us. So at this point we were $7,000 under what we had budgeted for this purchase. Again, it was too good to be true, but it didn't stop there. Dana was able to add an additional $500 to my trade in as a Veterans discount to seal the deal. We were sold! Dana was absolutely amazing, patient, kind, respectful and above all he actually listened to what we told him about what we wanted and what our budget was. $7,000 under our budget!!!!!! We absolutely loved the experience and love our new Acura MDX. I would recommend going to this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
