I like my Acura more than I like this dealership. I think Steve and JJ are only willing to do the bare minimum without going an inch more than they have to. I Tried to return my new RDX for the next package up the very next day and was told from both Steve and JJ that I could not. After driving my new RDX home from the dealership, I realized that I would prefer the Tech Package instead of the base model. They were rude and told me they didn't force me to buy the base model. I don't understand why it could not be changed in such a short period of 18 hours. The change may have been a small inconvenience for paper work, but would have: kept a customer, increased the sale, and maintained positive recommendations to family and friends. I was completely excited to purchase my first Acura, but if I decide to buy another, I will go to another dealership either in Georgia or Columbia SC. I have always been treated with the highest respect and smothered with kindness from Hendrick Honda, I under estimated the same treatment at Bradshaw Acura. My new RDX certainly grabs attention and sparks conversation easily,which typically begins with "where did you get it??" Too bad the conversation doesn't continue on a positive note. I have filed a complaint with the Acura Corporation. This dealership is individually owned and has the right to decline the change of the contract, but most do. It saddens me that they can pick and choose who they make changes for. Overall, I love my new RDX. I will not let Steve and JJ make me unhappy and I plan on enjoying it for years to come. It is a shame that I will have to purchase new Rims, since I don't particularly like the ones on the base model. I should have been given the opportunity to get the Tech Package. You win some and you loose some. Bradshaw Acura will loose many potential customers from their rudeness and lack of customer service. Mr. Burgess was nice and a joy to work with. More

Christine Schmidt reached out after my inquiry and communicated along the way as the car was going through multiple inspections, etc. Once we were able to get to dealership for test drive, there was never any pressure to buy (mainly because Acura's typically sell themselves with comfort and amenities). Everything was exactly as they described and the purchasing/financing was all in line with what was previously communicated. No surprises at all. Would definitely buy from this dealership again! More
