I have bought many cars in my lifetime so it is easy to say what a pleasant and efficient process this was for me. Many sales people will do that and it is not necessary. The customer is either ready to buy or just tire kicking. In either instance the customer needs as much information as possible to make a decision. In my case, all the preliminary info was taken care of on-line, including my trade-in value and financing options. This was very helpful, especially since the dealership was quite a distance from home. In addition, there was a service related issue that the dealership took care of the following week, and I never had to leave my home to get it accomplished. They came to pick up the car and left with a Cadillac loaner until they delivered the car back to me the same day as promised. The service and sales departments had great communication and follow-up. I was just out looking at used cars and found a 08' Trailblazer on the Bradshaw lot. All of the used car salesmen were busy, so they called the new car side and ask for someone to come and help me. From the moment our salesman,Wayne Ernst, greeted us at the Chevy Equinox we were looking at, and we told him we wanted to take it for a test drive, till the deal was finalized 3 hours later, he showed com the Chevy Equinox we were looking at, and we told him we wanted to take it for a test drive, till the deal was finalized 3 hours later, he showed complete patience and friendliness. He was very informative about every aspect of the vehicle, taking his time and being very courteous in answering any question we had. He also showed us where to go when we come in for service and the waiting areas we would be using. Ed Donald was very informative about the financial aspects and showed us some extras, without us ever feeling he was pushing them on us, two of which we purchased. And Zach introduced himself when Wayne was busy for a few minutes with another customer and was very courteous and friendly and thanked us for our purchase and drove our vehicle to fill it up with gas before we left. The whole deal from start to finish took about five hours but it never seemed like it. Wayne told us to call him anytime if we ever needed anything that he would do what ever he could to help us. More
