Had a service appointment at the time they suggested. Left Lyriq there for a full week they did no work at all and suggested that I should leave it there another 10 days ! I brought my Equinox in at 8:30 for a transmission fluid & filter change. I was shuttled home but wasn't able to retrieve my vehicle until nearly 4PM. I needed a ride back to the dealership, but I waited & filter change. I was shuttled home but wasn't able to retrieve my vehicle until nearly 4PM. I needed a ride back to the dealership, but I waited nearly 2 hours for someone to come get me. I'm thinking it might be a better idea to have a couple of folks available to shuttle customers so there is not such a time lag. My service writer, Carter Whitlow, was very pleasant as always. More
