Bradshaw did a great job on my vehicles body repair. I had issues not related to the accident I was in just so happen to come up while my vehicle was there and they even looked into to make sure it wasn I had issues not related to the accident I was in just so happen to come up while my vehicle was there and they even looked into to make sure it wasn’t something that could have happened due to their work. The final product looked great. The only negative I can say is they lack a little in communication as far as returning calls and getting back to you with information. More

Very efficient and organized. The associate who managed it, Mr. Kitchens, was helpful. Only issue I had was he spoke to me about possible issues with my rear brakes that he recommended we just need to watch at present, but on my service receipt form, it noted that brake service was recommended but declined. I saw it only after I returned home and called Mr. Kitchens; he stated that the software prints it like that, and was very reassuring, but I am concerned that it appears that I declined a very important service.
