I purchased my 2018 Buick Enclave new from this dealership and have always taken it back to them for service, even when the warranty had expired. I love my car and it has serviced me well. Through the years I have had many service advisors assist me for the routine and scheduled maintenance that’s needed. I have requested someone only to find out they had either left, they were on vacation, etc. so up until now I have only developed a trusting relationship with the dealership itself. My recent visit brought me in for a Tire Monitoring System problem. I had called ahead for an appointment and through a couple of conversations I was prepared to possibly leave my car for a couple of days. Howard Bush was my service advisor that day. He is a long time employee at this dealership and that speaks for itself! After he made sure the part that was needed was in stock, he made me feel comfortable and confidant it wouldn’t take as long as expected to replace the sensor. Within an hour my car was ready! But, I had another concern. I have relatively low mileage and would like to keep my car as long as possible. I asked Howard about extended warranties which had been a concern for me since I was getting so many reminders in the mail from different companies. So he actually escorted me to the finance director, Patrick Clayton, just to “gather some information”. I spent much time with him discussing my options and never once felt pressured. Long story short, I left the dealership that day thankful for Howard and Patrick and with a peace of mind about the future care of the car that I love. And I will always request Howard as my service advisor from now on!! More

My truck sat there for almost 2 weeks before it was even looked at. I was told it was because the transmission mechanic was backed up. Then after the transmission was checked it had to be assigned to anothe looked at. I was told it was because the transmission mechanic was backed up. Then after the transmission was checked it had to be assigned to another mechanic for the mirror and other issues. So it just sat there while I had no car. Maybe make your appointments when you have openings. I will not be back. More

I purchased a truck from Fred Anderson Chevrolet in Greer, SC about a month ago, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. The vehicle clearly had not been properly serviced before the sale. Just two weeks later, I had to bring it back due to transmission issues. When I returned it, I was told it could take over a month just to get a diagnostic, and there were no loaner vehicles available until June 30th. Meanwhile, I was left without transportation or any sense of urgency from the dealership. I called multiple times trying to reach someone for an update and got no response. I finally had to go in person just to get Alex to respond to me — only then did I hear anything. Even then, nothing was resolved. The only option presented was to trade me into a car with more miles and a higher payment than my current truck, all because of the truck’s rapid depreciation — a situation caused by mechanical issues that were already present when they sold it to me. To be clear, this review is not a reflection of the sales rep, Wofford, who did everything he could to help me. He was professional and understanding throughout, but unfortunately, he was limited in what he could do. This experience has been unacceptable. From the lack of transparency and communication to the unwillingness to take accountability, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. If you buy a vehicle here, make sure it’s been thoroughly inspected — and don’t expect much help if something goes wrong after you drive off the lot More

I made an appointment for brakes and tires at 8:15am on April 11, 2024. I dropped the car off on the evening of April 10, there were no envelops in the night drop-box but I was able to find a sales person April 11, 2024. I received a phone call at 8:19am on Thursday but did not pick up as I didn't recognize the number, listen to the message and return the call at 8:22am, 3 minutes later, and left a message. Called back repeatedly for the next hour in hopes of contacting Mr. Gray as I'm aware that no work gets done without customer confirmation. Finally at 9:19am he returned my call and I authorized the service. He claimed that they would try and have it ready today but it was iffy due to the tire delivery. I mention that I was aware of how that worked, hence why I tried to get back to him as quickly as I could. I checked in with him at 4:19pm that afternoon and Mr. Gray mention that the car would be ready on Friday, the next day. On Friday, April 12, Mr. Gray called me around 10:30am on my office phone (after I had given him specific instructions to contact me on my cell phone, which he did once but then used my office phone on 3 separate occasions during this back and forth fiasco, which is frustrating as I never gave him my office phone, I assume he gleaned it off the caller ID, plus I'm rarely sitting at my desk) I reached back out to him at 10:52am only to have Mr. Gray inform me that the car also needed rear brakes and would not be ready until Monday. I mention that I dropped the car off to have all the brakes changed so why was this not diagnosed the previous day. He gave some excuse that he couldn't see them with the tires on? Finally on Monday when I went to pick the car up at approximately 5:45pm, I walked into the service area, not a single service liaison looked up from their desk, a gentleman asked me if he could help, I mentioned that I was looking for Mr.Gray, who was pointed out to me sitting at his desk, texting or searching on his cell phone, appearing not wanting to engage with anyone. My invoice was printed out but it was not correct as he hadn't had the tires included , which took about 10 minutes to add. Finally I was able to pay and leave with the car 3 days later than I should have. Throughout the process Mr. Gray offered the minimal help that he could have and made things more difficult and inconvenient than necessary. I will not be back to a Fred Anderson dealership if I can help it and will share my experience with friends and family so they don't suffer a similar experience. More

I was lied to about my truck, it sat for 2 and a half months without getting fixed. They blamed it on the UAW strike. The parts they say was missing, I found them myself from another dealer.
