I had an amazing experience at this location! I bought a car from a sister dealership about a week ago. The check engine light turned on and off throughout the week. When I called that dealership to let them know I was told I had to fix it out of pocket. When I went to the Honda service center and my told service advisor Deb about my issue she assured me she would handle the other dealership. Deb was an amazing service advisor who was able to speak with the dealership and get them to cover the cost. I appreciate her patience and willingness to work with my schedule. 10/10 recommend this place :) More

I have purchased several new Honda vehicles from this dealership in the last couple of years. I have found them to be generally fair (a little slow doing the paperwork but most dealers are). My last purchase may be my last as I was told I had purchased a service plan only to be told my A16 (first service) on my 2025 CRV HYBRID IS GOING TO COST ME $155.00 for a differential oil change. The money is not going to break the bank but the deception in having a service package and 36 months new car warranty has really turned me against this dealer and Honda if this turns out to be true when I take my car in for service this week More
They were very helpful and patient with us. The only bad was the paperwork. There was a non-English speaking customer ahead of us. They had already transferred my trade over to the dealership. We had no choice but to wait, except my husband also had his car. We waited from 8 pm until 11 with just paperwork to buy the car. The salesman waited up until we were taken in to do the paperwork too. That was very kind. We just had not eaten dinner and were starving. It would have been nice to let us go, IN MY HUSBaND’S car, to get something to eat and bring it back and continue to wait. Other than that, it was a great experience. More

My service advisor, Keith Lubrano, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to be of assistance and make me feel comfortable an Service center. This was my first time at the service center, and I really didn't know how everything worked. Keith greeted me with a smile and explained the whole process to me which really put my mind at ease. He showed me where I could comfortably wait while they worked on my car and, regularly checked in with me with updates and to make sure I didn't need anything or have anymore questions. I plan to return to the Fred Anderson Service center for my future car needs and would love to work with Keith again. More
