Everything Mark promised he delivered on and he kept us informed on the process. Without hessitation I would strongly recommend Mark Becker and Breakaway Honda. More
45 days after purchase.. No tag, no title, nothing received! I purchased a vehicle 45 days ago from Breakaway Honda. My temporary tag (one dealership writes date on) expired. I went by the dealership to see what the problem was.. Told no problem. But they still haven't received tag from DMV. The financial guy basically throws my paperwork across the desk and says "we will call ya when it comes in" but they expect me to drive with an expired tag?!? SHOULD BE ILLEGAL on their end. After being told that, talking to manager, along with two salesman, I received no help. Only pure rudeness! I will never ever go there again to purchase a vehicle. Worst customer service EVER! Made me cry when I left, just couldn't believe they treated me like I did. They didn't act that way when I handed them cash for the vehicle! I will be getting in touch with DMV BECAUSE APPARENTLY DEALERSHIP MESSED UP THE PAPERWORK. THEY HAD NOTHING TO TELL ME EXCEPY, Just keep driving around with an expired tag. They aren't the sharpest tools in the shed! BEWARE!! More

After doing 2 weeks of online research and Dealer Comparisons, Mark, MATCHED the dealer with the lowest offer. Even tho the process took 3 hrs I was impressed how many actual sales that were going on in the showroom (A Good Sign). Another standout was the financials at the end of the process. (NO HIGH PRESSURE to take unnecessary warranties) - usually a true sign of how the dealership makes back the money on the great deal they had made. Next car buy, I will BEGIN with BREAKAWAY, after the internet research. Final purchase was 2016 CR-V EX 2WD. More
Very poor experience, not to be trusted Called to order a new 2017 Ridgeline, was moving to SC from California and needed to get a car quickly. Internet sales manager Mark Becker says he has the model I wanted, and takes a $500 deposit. So far, so good, so I book my flight to get there and pick the car up in 8 days. Don't hear anything for the next week, despite multiple phone calls and emails asking for the VIN number. Finally call the sales manager, he says they don't have any Ridgelines of that model in stock and can't get one for 60 (!) days. He basically tells me that I'm out of luck and does nothing to fix the flight cost, try to locate a truck, or anything else. I'm really upset at this point, and tell them I want the $500 refunded. I call Honda of Columbia across town, they locate the model I want at another dealer in less than a day, get it shipped to them, and I buy the car that weekend. Given that this was a very easy transaction (cash, no trade in, no options, etc), can't believe that Breakaway Honda messed up this bad. The fact that another dealer in the same town easily got this done is the final straw. More

Sweet and Simple No Hassles I saw my van on-line, drove over and took a look. Negotiated by text with the salesman and purchased it that same evening. Walked in, paperwork was I saw my van on-line, drove over and took a look. Negotiated by text with the salesman and purchased it that same evening. Walked in, paperwork was ready and walked out with my new (used) van. One of the headsets was broken and the salesman had a brand new one ready for me the next day. Awesome experience. This is our second used car purchase from Breakaway and we are very pleased! More
