Before getting to the eating place, we received a call that Amanda Gentry had found something for our consideration. We immediately returned to find that the Spectra was just what we wanted and Amanda was able to work out for us a tremendous deal. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and not "pushey". I recommend this dealership and particularly, Amanda. More

Terrible Experience- would rate 0 if I could This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never recommend to Kia of Greenville Service to anyone. I called to schedule a synthetic oil This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never recommend to Kia of Greenville Service to anyone. I called to schedule a synthetic oil change. While making the appointment it is mentioned that a few recalls are available for repair on my vehicle. We instruct the scheduler that we ONLY want an oil change and we can bring the vehicle back the next week as we do not have enough time to leave it for the oil change and recall repairs. We arrive for the oil change and we again state that we do NOT want the recalls worked on (having 3 young children in the waiting room can only last so long). It takes 2 HOURS for an oil change. TWO HOURS. Turns out they changed the oil and worked on the recalls after being told multiple times not to. We get home and are reviewing the receipt. They did not do the synthetic oil change as instructed and scheduled. They used a different oil. We call back, get tons of apologies and excuses about how the vehicle does not require synthetic and it "wasn't on their paperwork"; yet the associated did admit the system had synthetic oil as being used on the last time our vehicle was there. They promise to make it right. We schedule another appointment for the following day. We arrive again, on time as the first, and are told- it will take 2 HOURS for the oil change. Really? 2 hours for an oil change? We have an appointment yet are told we can bring it back later. What is the purpose of making an appointment? I can understand that the shop can get backed up. If that is the case, a decent company would call to reschedule. Instead we wasted another 30 minutes each way trying to take it to a dealership instead of countless other places who would be happy to take our business. I can't in good conscience ever recommend them to anyone who works or has kids as you will never get your vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. More
