I don't know much about cars or car parts but he did a really good job at explaining what was being done to my car and what might needed to be done in the future. More

Service Light Appeared Unexpectedly I was suprised when a "service" light came on in my new forte, so I called Kia and they asked me to drive in even though they were about to close the I was suprised when a "service" light came on in my new forte, so I called Kia and they asked me to drive in even though they were about to close the service department. They were friendly and efficient, and provided me with a (new!) car to drive overnight. My car was ready quickly the next morning, and the service department called while the work was in process and when service was complete. It is SO PLEASANT when people are friendly AND efficient! They surpassed my expectations, and because of this experience, I will be bringing my Kia to them for all future service and maintenance visits. WELL DONE, KIA OF GREENVILLE!!!!!!!! More
