Not the best I called ahead of time since my husband was bringing my car for me. I let them know I wanted the cheaper synthetic oil change. My husband got there and was told rather rudely that I could not go to the lesser oil since I already had the higher grade. I was not told this when I called. And he was made to wait a longer period of time then normal. This is unacceptable and not appreciated. Thank you for your time More

Incredible Staff I was travelling from Atlanta to Charlotte, & my car went into "limp mode" , meaning I could not accelerate. Fortunately I was 15 miles away from this I was travelling from Atlanta to Charlotte, & my car went into "limp mode" , meaning I could not accelerate. Fortunately I was 15 miles away from this dealership. I called & asked them to please wait for me before the left, as they were almost closed. Four gentlemen were there when I arrived, & one of them even drove me 30 minutes to get a rental car at the airport, as there was nothing else open at the time. The repair was done in a timely manner & I am very happy with it. More
