Long wait no communication I was told it would take 2 hours to do the service. 2 hours and 45 minutes later they told me they were just starting and it would be another hour. Re I was told it would take 2 hours to do the service. 2 hours and 45 minutes later they told me they were just starting and it would be another hour. Reason being, several mechanics were out sick supposedly. Wish I would have known sooner. Ended up waiting 4 hours. More
