So Very Happy With My Optima EX I decided to shop for a car Christmas week and intended to shop KIA, Hyundai, and Honda. First stop was KIA to test drive the Sportage and the Optima I decided to shop for a car Christmas week and intended to shop KIA, Hyundai, and Honda. First stop was KIA to test drive the Sportage and the Optima. After 2.5 hours of speaking with the sales reps we were determined to continue our comparison shopping venture on Saturday at the other 2 dealerships. Then, like a Christmas gift from heaven on Christmas Eve I received a phone call from Jerad Henry who inquired as to what I was looking for and how he could assist me. We discussed purchases and leases and I decided to lease a car that Jerad chose for me. He prepared all the paperwork ahead of time for me so that when I arrived at Noon on Saturday my new Optima EX was all clean and waiting for me with a huge red bow atop the roof. If not for Jerad, I know I would have purchased another Hyundai Sonata. So very happy Jerad took the initiative to reach out to me! I will sing his praises to all I know who are looking to purchase or lease a car because I am confident they will be working with a knowledgeable sales professional who looks out for his customer's best interests! Everyone from the service department through to the sales department were wonderful. However, a big thank-you to George Wilson (a super fantastic guy) for taking so much time and patience with us in selecting and getting us into our perfect new Soul. He made us feel like family and as far as we're concerned he went that extra mile. A beautiful dealership but it's the people there who made buying a new car a truly rewarding experience. We knew 12 years ago that we were Kia lovers but George and the rest of the staff have made us Kia owners for life. More

I love my new 2016 Kia Sorento ! What a great car buying experience! I just purchased my 3rd Kia Sorento so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. And even though they didn't hav What a great car buying experience! I just purchased my 3rd Kia Sorento so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. And even though they didn't have the exact Sorento I wanted ...out of the selection of 500 on the lot... My salesman Oscar didn't try to push me to a different vehicle he worked with the manager Elvis to find me exactly ( someone might have mentioned being picky :) ) what I wanted at another dealership in the state and I had the car the following day! This was one of the least painful car buying experiences ever. Great dealership.... Great leadership! Go see Oscar for your Kia ! More
