My mother, whom we bought the car for; has no technical knowledge and Alex took the time to go over every feature that was useful to her, how to use her phone and how the car called 911 in case of an emergency. To top it all off, Alex came to my house to make sure the paperwork was completed correctly and although I was late, entertained my parents and made sure everything was in order so my delighted mother could have the car she so desperately desired.
