What a rip off, I was quoted $250 for oil change/maintenance and 1:30 time. Whatever they did was done at 3 and cost $433 I asked them to call my dad to clarify any services they didn’t. I supposedly got a complimentary car wash, but there’s visible bird poop on the side. my back windshield wiper blade is dangling they didn’t bother to mention that needs to be replaced. I drive very infrequently low mileage and excellent condition. I have taken to the dealership for all maintenance since I bought it. Very disappointed. More

Great! I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for the following Tuesday. My appointment was for 8:00 AM. When I arrived, it only took a few minutes to check in. She let Earl in Transport know that I needed a ride to work.. He had about 3 other people but it didn't take long for me to get to work. April called to notify me when my car was ready. It was about the same time she had promised.. I never had to call her. She is very efficient. She told me that Earl would pick me up shortly.
