Wow big improvements Stopped by just to see what they could do on a trade. 2 hours and 45 min later I was driving out in a 2020 Optima EX. Warranty disaster Thanks to Jason Melton for informing me what Kia Anderson did not at purchase. The extended warranty is NOT something to give you full coverage to 10 Thanks to Jason Melton for informing me what Kia Anderson did not at purchase. The extended warranty is NOT something to give you full coverage to 100,000 miles on CERTIFIED used cars. The experience with this vehicle which includes transmission failure shortly after purchase to the inability last year to fix a front end noise issue while under warranty to now that it no longer is covered does not bode well for future Kia purchases. I recieved a call upon arriving home that my front driver lugs may not have been torqued. Upon checking them, they indeed had not. Thanks to Jason's honesty. More
