The guy who worked out the deal and payments was very friendly and willing to work with us in any way he could. We would have given 5 stars if the gentleman who had us sign all the papers would have been friendly in any way. He did not smile ever and he definitely did not like it when we did not buy the service plan! It seems at every dealership it is that way - at least in our experiences. The dealership as a whole is great and they really try to make an unpleasant experience pleasant - even though it ALWAYS takes too long. More
