Great service! I’ve been to several service centers over the years and Kia has been the best by far. I didn’t feel pressured to have all their recommendations done. New tires. Generally went well but couple of comments. When I had called last week to make appt, I had noted that would like set of Hankook tires per website, but was informed when arrived yesterday for appt that were out of stock. We switched to Kumho after speaking with helpful rep, which I hope will be OK. Other issue is that both digital console readout -and- my tire gauge showed left-side tires reading 41-42 PSI, and right-side tires reading 32-33 PSI, which is a big gap. After spending $700, correct tire fills are a really basic thing to get right. More
