KIA OF GREENVILLE SERVICE ADVISOR, JAMES KEITH WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND GOT MY CAR INTO THE SHOP QUICK, BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART IN STOCK TO FIX IT KIA OF GREENVILLE SERVICE ADVISOR, JAMES KEITH WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND GOT MY CAR INTO THE SHOP QUICK, BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART IN STOCK TO FIX IT. MR. KEITH TOLD ME THEY TRIED SEVERAL OTHER DEALERSHIPS TO LOCATE PART. NOBODY HAD IT, SO HE ORDERED IT FOR ME! Professional and Friendly I needed an oil change, new brakes and alignment. I dropped the car off at 8:30 and they called to say it was ready at 11:30.
