Traveling car problems Traveling from Raleigh NC to Montgomery AL I experienced a problem but was able to get off I85 safely & luckily found Greenville KIA. My engine light Traveling from Raleigh NC to Montgomery AL I experienced a problem but was able to get off I85 safely & luckily found Greenville KIA. My engine light was on & I could barely make it to KIA. Chris had my car checked out & I was told I needed a new engine. Because of the late hour on Saturday afternoon he was unable to get me a rental car or a loaner car & offered to have the shuttle take me to a hotel he recommended. He told me KIA would pay for my hotel & rental car until I could get back to get a loaner from KIA. He was kind enough to have me let him know if I was able to find a rental car to finish my trip to Montgomery. He was genuinely concerned for my well being. On my way back from Montgomery I stopped to get a loaner to return to Raleigh until my car could be repaired. The kindness I received from Chris & everyone at Greenville KIA was truly wonderful. My case worker Tammy who kept me informed could not have been nicer either. Customer service was truly remarkable. I was very well taken care of. More

Professional Curtious Service Jason set my appointment for my recall repair. While I was there he also set up my free inspection and oil change. I was a little disappointed that the “brake” special was “per axle. The coupon post card did not specify that fact. With other competitors like Brakes 4 less nearby, the price did not seem far fetched. I could only afford the front axle on Saturday. Any way it was a good experience. James Evatt More
