$15000 car, seized engine, bad fluids and battery. Did they even attempt to vet the car before putting it on the lot? Luckily Hyundai covered the engine, but we still had $700 in repairs. All within 6 More

We came back in a few weeks ago to discuss exchanging the vehicle. We even found something that was the same price of the Santa Fe. However Fred Anderson would only offer us 2/3 of the price we paid (which originally they only offered 1/2) and then wanted a new down payment down. So we had the car for 4 weeks, didn’t have it for 5 weeks, put in 2000 miles and in that time it had lost 50% of its value? And requires a new loan that we are upside down in? Another disappointment and proof that we will not shop there again. You said you had to still make money on our return (so you had to make money a second time). But after the 200+ coworkers we have told along with friends and family and our private social media I guarantee you are going to lose mor money and customers and reputation. For the next 6 years we will be sure to share our story with those looking for vehicles
