This was the best experience that my wife and I have ever had at a dealership. When you're leaving the dealership smiling and laughing, that is truly a testament to how they treat their customers. I got a call from salesman Noah Agne on Saturday afternoon, 4/18/26, saying that they had some great incentives going on and that he thought we had a very good chance on trading in our vehicle. We came in, but really didn't think it was going to be possible with us being so upside down in our current vehicle. Noah was very kind and didn't hassle us at all. He pulled up a brand new Nissan Rogue Dark Armor that met all of our wants and needs, plus some things that weren't even on our must have list. He got us to a payment that we were comfortable with and sent us to financing where we met Zack Haenlein. Just like Noah, Zack was very kind. He got us an extended warranty, gap insurance, and a great maintenance package, all the while bringing our quoted monthly payment down! Noah and Zack, thank you for all of your help, the smiles and laughs, staying two hours past closing with us, and just being two great professional guys!
