GREAT I live in Ohio,and traveled 500 miles to North Carolina to buy this truck. Kenny was our sales person and was a great guy. He sent me many pictures. One day, when it was his day off, and i wanted more pictures , Tyler sent me more.He is in another dept. but took the time to help me. Nathan and Michael helped us also. The truck was just as told it would be. Believe me I am very picky and drove 500 miles to get. No disappointments. Truck was still under factory warranty , I was offered additional coverage at a great rate. But they did not push me into it.I Did buy due to great rate and cost of paying out of my pocket when out of factory warranty.They have a great team. More

Much better than expected. I traded in pickup truck for a pre-owned Nissan van. I wasn’t expecting the low pressure approach of Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. And I especi I traded in pickup truck for a pre-owned Nissan van. I wasn’t expecting the low pressure approach of Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. And I especially appreciate how I was treated by Matthew Parrish, the sales rep. that assisted me. He answered all my questions, had his boss test drive my pickup and gave me a fair written estimate of what the trade-in value would be. I told Matthew that I wanted to think about it for a day or so and that I would get back to him. When I’ve done this in the past, the pressure was turned up and a closer was brought in to get the deal done. Not this time. When I decided to buy the van, a little room was even left for negotiations. When all was said and done, I felt like I was treated fairly. That’s a good feeling to have when you’re making a major purchase. More
