Charles Thomas was kind, considerate and fun to be with! We had very "matter-of-fact" conversations and two minutes later we were laughing! His knowledge of the vehicle was non-evasive. At other dealerships it was like "why wouldn't you buy this car" but Charles had a softer approach and one that I definitely felt very comfortable with. I would definitely recommend a Nissan because of the service, but I would highly recommend Charles because of my sales experience. Thanks Charles! More

I found a vehicle I really liked but it was located at the Nissan dealer in Raleigh. The first salesman I worked with via online/text, Sean Clinton, researched their lot inventory until he found several options of what I was looking for and very similar to the one in Raleigh. The salesmen were helpful and not pushy or overbearing. The price we paid was in line with KBB reviews for our make and model. The finance person was upfront and explained the paperwork thoroughly and answered questions. He didn’t push any of the extras. He explained and left it up to us. More
