I came in Friday thinking I wanted a Nissan Rogue sport because that is the previous car that I had before it got totaled in an accident. We pulled up to the dealership and the associate Michael Johnson ap because that is the previous car that I had before it got totaled in an accident. He assured us that he was going to find the perfect car which I thought would be impossible because I am a very picky person lol. Michael went above and beyond pulling multiple cars that fit the needs that I was asking for but just didn’t seem right. He finally pulled out a 2021 Rogue that was a bit bigger than I thought I wanted but as soon as I drove it I knew it was the PERFECT car for me. Michael spent hours with us finding the car the fit me to the tee. He made me feel like a friend rather than a customer and I loved that personalized experience.
